2020-22 Officers and Board Elected by Acclamation

By-passing the Coronavirus, the RBA resorted to an annual meeting and election by email. Over 200 members responded by voting yes for the nominating committee’s slate, thus endorsing the board by acclamation. The response was more than enough to meet the quorum requirements of 10% of the membership. The new board and officers are effective immediately.

Former Vice-President Anne Atwood was elected President, replacing Barry Fratkin who had served two terms and was ineligible for another term. Barry will remain on the board as the immediate past president. Here are the other officers and board members elected:

Vice-President: Ruth Miles
Treasurer: Tom Kasvin
Secretary: Karen Hamlett
Board: Landon Woody
Board: Peter Martin
Board: Ed Kinlaw
Board: Francis Terminella

President Atwood appointed the following four directors to fill out the entire board: Randall Holden, Linda MacCleave, Debra Gardner and Chris D’Ambra.

Congratulations to all.
